Ini Edo was all about gothic glamour at the 2024 Red Sea International Film Festival in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on December 5th, 2024.
The Nigerian actress wore a dramatic, floor-length black gown, featuring intricate beading and embroidery, a sheer neckline, and sleeves that added an alluring touch to the look.
The long, fitted sleeves, designed with lace and embroidery, enhanced the gown’s overall fit. The skirt flared out into a striking fishtail silhouette, with exaggerated structural rolls at the hemline, also embellished with matching black details.
Complementing her gown, Ini Edo wore a traditional Nigerian “Gele,” styled with intricate detail. Made from the same black fabric as her gown, it framed her face beautifully, adding to the regal elegance of her look.

Her beauty look was equally refined. The 42-year-old beauty opted for bold, defined eyes with shimmering, smokey tones, enhancing the gothic allure of her appearance. Her complexion was flawless, glowing with a dewy, radiant finish while her lips were painted in a light pink shade to balance the boldness of her makeup.

“That bright Sunday morning months ago while on vacation, we crossed paths and our lives never remained the same,” the actress reflected on the movie while sharing her excitement. “Exactly 3 months later, you asked me to be with you forever. How did I get so lucky? They say ‘your flaws are perfect for the heart that is meant to love you.’ I now believe this wholeheartedly. 1 of 3 done,” she continued.
“My fairytale wedding is almost here. To anyone out there who has given up on their happily ever after, love will find you, and when it does, ready or not, it’ll be the best thing that ever happened to you.”
The Red Sea Film Festival, held annually in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, celebrates the best cinematic works from across the globe. This year’s event marked a significant milestone for Ini Edo, as she showcased her talent and stunning outfit on an international stage alongside some of the biggest names in the industry.
