Beyoncé and Jay-Z made a rare public appearance in Las Vegas this weekend, attending a high-profile event that combined fashion and celebration.

They attended the 20th anniversary celebration of Jay-Z’s champagne brand, Armand de Brignac (Ace of Spades), at OMNIA Nightclub in Caesars Palace. Attendees observed the Carters’ presence at the event.

The event followed a significant weekend for the family, as Jay-Z concluded major dates of his Jay-Z 30 tour at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, marking the 30th anniversary of Reasonable Doubt and the 25th of The Blueprint.

Their daughter Blue Ivy, 14, joined Jay-Z on stage, performing on keyboard during tracks such as “The Story of O.J.” and “Dead Presidents.”

Beyoncé observed from a VIP suite, where she reunited with Destiny’s Child bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams.

At the anniversary celebration, Beyoncé, 45, wore a pale green ruffled lace and feather gown with a plunging neckline.

She accessorized with an ostrich-feather boa, a pink clutch, and diamond earrings. Her hair was styled in soft waves with a half-up pigtail.

Later in the evening, she was seen wearing Jay-Z’s sunglasses, highlighting a shared moment between the couple.

Jay-Z, 56, wore an all-black outfit with a diamond-encrusted chain and dark sunglasses. The couple walked through the nightclub with security.

In the VIP section, Bey was seen dancing while Jay-Z observed the event. DJ Khaled, a close friend and collaborator, joined the celebration.

The event marked 20 years of Ace of Spades, the prestige cuvée produced in France by the Cattier family and co-owned by Jay-Z. The Las Vegas celebration highlighted the brand’s ongoing association with luxury and success.

The Carters have been married since 2008 and share three children: Blue Ivy and nine-year-old twins Sir and Rumi.

Public appearances by the couple are uncommon, making this Las Vegas event particularly notable.

Blue Ivy has taken on a more public role, performing on her mother’s Renaissance and Cowboy Carter tours and appearing with Beyoncé during the 2024 Netflix Christmas Day NFL Halftime Show. Her recent keyboard performance with Jay-Z continued this progression.

Jay-Z’s Jay-Z 30 tour has included notable guests in various cities, such as John Legend and DJ Khaled.

The Los Angeles shows concluded a tour that began earlier in the year at Yankee Stadium and included stops in London and France. Family participation, with Blue Ivy on stage and Beyoncé in the suite, contributed to a multi-generational celebration of the Carters’ musical legacy.

While many high-profile couples maintain privacy, Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s coordinated styles and shared celebration of a business milestone offered a notable exception.

Beyoncé’s green gown with lace and feathers, alongside Jay-Z’s understated black attire and statement jewellery, reflected their distinct personal styles.

The presence of longtime friends such as DJ Khaled and recent family performances added depth to the occasion.

The event also coincided with ongoing discussions about Jay-Z’s cultural influence, including recent Super Bowl halftime show topics.

The Las Vegas event focused on celebration, marking two decades of the champagne brand, a tour milestone, and a rare public appearance by the couple.
