Yvonne Nelson Proves Long Dresses Aren’t The Best Option For Red Carpet

You’re probably already aware that Yvonne Nelson has some serious style out there. She even knows how to make style surprises in an unexpected way.

There’s something special about knowing that while long dresses are the ultimate and glamorous way for celebrities to dress on the red carpet, Nelson sees it from another angle. The actress proved that she makes her own style rules when she was pictured on the Glitz Style Awards red carpet over the weekend, wearing one of our favorite wardrobe staples — a pleated midi skirt and strapless top. 

Between her dramatic hairdo, the crimson red lipstick,  the color-coordinated skirt and shoes, and the shoulder-baring top, a whole lot is going on with her look. And we have to say her look was more than red carpet glamour and the right word to describe it isn’t yet in the dictionary. 

That is to say whenever we’re blessed to hit the red carpet, a look like this will definitely be at the top of our list — because it’s simple, polished, and multifunctional that can still take her from one event to another without any need to switch style.
