L’Oréal Paris x Balmain Lipstick Is Celebrating Beauty In Diversity Its New Campaign

Just when you thought the fashion industry is slow or adamant to closing the diversity gap, L’Oréal Paris x Balmain Lipstick collaboration recognizes the need to improve racial diversity, hence the launch of its 12-shade lipstick capsule collection to celebrate woman around the world.

In its latest campaign which is dubbed “beauty in diversity and female empowerment,” L’Oréal Paris x Balmain features an army of 12 women from different origins and backgrounds trooping in Balmain dresses. Leading the troop is none other than Balmain creative director, Olivier Rousteing, who is also the overseer of the lipstick collection.

According to Rousteing, “L’Oréal Paris and Balmain share the same strong vision of femininity and the same goal, to empower women and offer them diverse ways to express themselves,” he told WWD. “With this collaboration, I’m thrilled to make this idea tangible for every woman around the world.”
