Hot Pink Takes The Center Stage At Valentino’s Paris Fashion Week Show

As a major luxury label, the fashion world waits each season to see what Pierpaolo Piccioli, the creative director of Valentino, puts forth on his runway. When the Italian fashion designer unveiled his collection yesterday Sunday at Paris Fashion Week, it felt like the world was changing into pink. That’s to say pink was the color that defined the collection as models were released into the massive hall of Le Carreau du Temple, where the majority of 81 looks were delivered in head-to-toe pink.

Piccioli also added black pallette just when pink began to feel excessive, which as per the brand, was an ‘experimental urge to create a radical, monochrome collection, giving way to a new vocabulary outside of color.’

The pieces were bold and bright that’s decidedly more glamorous than any season. Piccioli perfected bare shoulder ensemble with his modern vision: maximum proportions and luxurious fabrics that make the Valentino woman the envy of everyone else on the red carpet. There were see-through pieces and dresses with sexy strategic cuts, not to mention heavy embellishments and more. Keep scrolling to see all the looks from Valentino Autumn/Winter 2022 collection.
