Meet Charli Rose, an adorable 5-year-old girl who’s already a makeup pro with distinctive skills in using unicorn lash makeup brush. She even has her very own YouTube channel and her last video ‘tarte cosmetics unicorn makeup tutorial’ which is only a week old on Youtube has already attracted over 12,639 views.
