When it comes to dreaming up unthinkable but insanely-chic hairstyles, we can always rely on Yemi Alade. She’s played around with unimaginable colors, reimagined top knots or Bantu knots for something extra unique but none of those ‘dos is giving us life better than her brand new hairstyle.
Since last week, she’s been wearing her platinum top knot with faux bangs but while kicking off the new month last night, the ‘Marry Me’ singer decided to debut a new hairstyle. We don’t know how she did it but the hairstyle is statement-making, bow-tie inspired that is so refreshing.
Along with the coveted ‘do, the singer also wore a white tee, mini skirt and a pair of slides that showed off her hawt legs — while flashing a beaming smile as she posed for the camera in a distracting backdrop.
While it’s unclear if Yemi’s showstopping locks are for an upcoming music video, considering the unkempt background, we think the 28-year-old singer exude some superstar vibes with her new hair.
