For starters, Rare Beauty is an inclusive makeup line that officially hits the shelves at Sephora and the official brand website on the 3rd day of September. The brand rolled out its first collection featuring 48 shades of foundation and liquid concealers, 12 shades of matte lip creams, eight shades of tinted lip balm, eight liquid highlighters, brow definers, liquid blush, lip balms, and more.
