Let’s admit it: Kim Kardashian is a pro in the game of selfie-taking. Every now and then we get to see her flawless Instagram-worthy selfies flooding the internet and just in case you don’t know, she literally wrote a book on the subject which proved her expertise. So with her expert-status, we can keep our ears wide open for her selfie advice while absorbing it.
Speaking with E!, Kim shared her 3 best selfie tips to live by. According to her — “You need good lighting. Obviously.”
And secondly, “Always take your selfie from above, angling down. I think there’s nothing worse than when someone wants to take a selfie and they take it from the angle down below, you know, and get some double chin action.”
The the last? “Know your own angles. Know what your best angle is and go with that.” Explaining her best angle, Kim added — “I would say chin down, and I like a side profile sometimes instead of a straight on shot. I do a little head tilt to the side.”
As she pointed out, “there’s nothing worse than a really bad selfie angle. I went to a restaurant the other day, and everyone was asking for a photo, but their angles were so bad. I just had to start taking their cameras and doing it myself, so I could get the right angle.”
