Congratulations are in order for Jennifer Lopez, who got married over the weekend to Ben Affleck in a private ceremony that took place in Affleck’s estate, in Riceboro, Georgia, as per the report by Page Six. This is the couple’s second marriage ceremony following their secret Vegas nuptials a few weeks ago. Guests included Affleck’s close friend Matt Damon and his wife, Luciana Barroso, director Kevin Smith and actor Jason Mewes were in attendance.
However, the lavish wedding was one for the book and hopefully marked the last time the superstar singer who’s been married for the fourth time will ever work down the aisle. According to the photos obtained by Page Six, guests were all dressed in white.
As for the bride, it was a moment for the “Marry Me” singer to shine and J’Lo seized the opportunity to uphold her icon status in three breathtaking bridal looks, custom-made by Ralph Lauren. A new video shared by the American luxury fashion label gives a glimpse into the making of her breathtaking bridal gowns. The brand also shared the looks on Instagram, along with more details of the dress.
Looking posh, Jennifer Lopez wore a turtleneck column dress that features dramatic and voluminous but romantic skirt ruffles, handcrafted with more ‘than 1,000 hand-cut handkerchiefs and 1,640 feet of fabric.’ It also comes with flared sleeves, an open mesh back, and a cathedral veil.

“More than 1,000 hand-cut handkerchiefs and 1,640 feet of fabric were cut into ruffles and attached by hand, creating a voluminous, romantic skirt,” the label captioned the look on Instagram. “Each handkerchief becomes a nostalgic keepsake and a modern heirloom, while the intricate constructed ruffled sleeves become a statement in craftsmanship and dignified design.”

She, however, switched the look to two other wedding gowns later in the night — one of which was a form-fitting confection covered in pearls. The other oozed maximum glamour with a sleeveless design and cleavage-baring keyhole cutout.

Meanwhile, Affleck was also outfitted in Ralph Lauren, for which he opted for a white tuxedo jacket, black trousers, and a black bow tie.
