The wedding day is not for the bridesmaids but for the bride and groom to certify their union and celebrate the hell out of the day. This Ghanaian bride almost allowed her bridesmaids to outshine her wedding gown with their super chic bridesmaids dressing.
Taking place in Accra’s Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel, Abigail and Prince had quite lavish nuptials last month August. Friends and family first gathered to celebrate the couple in a traditional setting, which the bride wore a beautiful Kente Dress and the goom plucked off his Agbabda attire from the Nigerian culture. Their outfits merged two cultural backgrounds into one.

While the traditional wedding was the stuff of dreams for any African couple, it was their picturesque white wedding in the 5-star resort hotel that really stole the show. The wedding hall was beautifully and lavishly flowered, accompanied by sparkling chandeliers. The gorgeous bride wore an off-the-shoulder ballgown featuring intricate detailing, which, however, was a dream of a dress.

For the party time, Abigail made a change and slipped into a clingy, off-the-shoulder dress with floral appliques, to join her girls on the dance floor. Though the focus was on the bride, the bridesmaids who were outfitted head-to-toe in white pantsuits and matching sneakers completely knock our socks off in their unconventional dressing.

To say the least, their style game was very impressive. For the finishing touches, they all wore a pair of silver stud earrings, making this bridal gang one of the chicest we’ve ever seen.
