Rihanna Just Broke A Major Fashion Rule

Back in the days, wearing socks with sandals or slides were considered a major fashion faux pas — I mean, it was a fashion crime only committed by grandpas and grandmas — because, in reality, they really don’t care about this thing we call ‘fashion.’ But as fashion and style evolve, they say rules were meant to be broken and yes, it worth breaking when comfort comes into play. 

Rihanna (aka designer), the one who’s never been afraid to mix up her style was pictured exiting LAX wearing sweatpants, bomber jacket, and Fenty x Puma furry slides worn with socks. It is undeniable that most of us would opt for a pair of sneakers, but as evidenced by the ‘work’ singer, comfort is key, especially on a long flight from Japan to LA. RiRi kept the look very chic, accessorizing with white framed sunglasses and stylishly leaving her Christian Dior handbag to hang accross her shoulders.
