Zendaya has built a reputation for taking her movie promotions up a notch by integrating elements of the film directly into her wardrobe choices. Her fashion selections are in line with the theme of the movie in which she’s featured.
For instance, back in December 2021 during the Los Angeles premiere of “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” the actress made a striking fashion statement with her outfit. Styled by her longtime stylist Law Roach, the Euphoria star donned a custom Valentino Haute Couture gown.
The nude-colored dress boasted a plunging V-neckline, a daring low-scooped back, a thigh-high slit, and most notably, intricate black spiderwebs embroidered throughout the fabric. Additionally, Pierpaolo Piccioli, the creative director of Valentino, crafted a black feathered mask specifically for the occasion.
This bold fashion move is just one in a series where Zendaya has artfully translated the essence of various movies into her wardrobe choices.
Photo: Instagram/itsnotzendaya The screen star recently attended a promotional event in Mexico City on February 5, 2024, to promote her latest movie, “DUNE Part Two.” In the film, she plays Chani, a member of the Fremen tribe on the desert planet Arrakis. Alongside stars like Timothee Chalamet, Florence Pugh, and Austin Butler, Zendaya’s character confronts off-world colonizers seeking to exploit the planet’s resources.
It was no surprise to witness the award-winning actress embody her role from “DUNE” during this promotional event. However, what pleasantly surprised everyone was her decision to wear an outfit from Torisheju SS24 RTW, which was a significant moment for the Nigerian designer.
In the custom-made Torisheju SS24 creation, Zendaya boldly experimented and captured the attention of many. Styled by her creative designer, Law, the two-piece outfit featured a grey-toned crop top with black wrap details and a closed neckline with rope-style sections twisted around her shoulders, reminiscent of the survival suits worn by her character in the Dune films to navigate the harsh desert terrain of Arrakis.
The outfit boasted a wraparound, low-cut black skirt crafted with meticulous pleats in a striking combination of black and red hues, accentuated by a daring thigh-high side slit. The outfit showcased meticulously wrapped circular patterns at the waist, lending a touch of dramatic flair to the overall look.

Opting for kohl-laden, smokey eyes and a nude makeup palette, she exuded sophistication. Keeping her accessories minimal, she opted for a pair of sleek black pointed heels to complete the whole look.

This monochromatic look featured a classic tuxedo shirt paired with white heels and a long skirt adorned with a three-dimensional lobster motif, originally debuted during Schiaparelli’s Spring 2024 Ready-to-Wear show.
Having witnessed Zendaya‘s incredible fashion statements at various events, we eagerly await her upcoming appearances. Her sartorial choices consistently captivate our attention and narrate a compelling story of style and creativity.
