Toke Makinwa’s sartorial choices have earned quite a number of pages on our style book and yet again she was awarded the style influencer of the year at the 2017 Glitz Style Awards held in Accra yesterday. For the event, Toke pulled out all the stops, proving to a large number of showgoers who clustered at Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel that she was indeed a style influencer.

She chose a custom-made dress for her big entrance in a nude/silver hue. The dress featured a strapless silhouette that showed off her tone arms, while the allover sparkling embellishments ensured she was shimmering from all ankles. Though she was already stealing the show but trust Toke to even added a round of popping, look-at-me accessories. Her faux fur shawl was almost a look-a-like with her hovering bob cut and as much as her earrings were hiding, you could still feel the sparkling emanating.
