As an annual event known for celebrating people of color who make a significant impact in the US film, television, music and literature industry, last night was another great opportunity for the black folks to hit the red carpet in their beautiful ensembles for the 2020 NAACP Image Awards.

As usual, our beloved Janelle Monáe was there in her glamorous self, sporting a midriff-baring blacktop and color block skirt. Others who attended the event include actress Cynthia Erivo who dialed her own glamour in her signature short ‘do teamed with a strapless gown and drop earrings. The actress looked beautiful as usual, adding a touch of red lip to raise her beauty stake.
