The challenges surrounding the year 2020 has perhaps pushed events with large gatherings to the back of our minds. That means if the 2020 Met Gala could be postponed and major events are hosted virtually due to health and safety concerns, no one would hope for a big red carpet show — at least for this year. But ensuring the stars have the opportunity to strut the red carpet once again this year, Dick Clark Productions pulled all the stops to make sure everyone is safe, hence the 2020 American Music Awards.
As usual, the show took place at the Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theater last night with attendees in the music, including Jennifer Lopez, Dua Lipa, Ciara and Doja Cat, and many more. It was an intimate night filled with exciting music performances kicked started by Justin Bieber and Shawn Mendes but of course, it was the red carpet moments that really ruled the roost.
