There’s no award night that brings people of African heritage under one roof than BET Awards, and there’s no doubt the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles was filled to the brim for this year’s annual event last night. Hollywood’s movie and music stars, including some African celebrities (like South African Nomzamo Mbatha and our very own Burna Boy and DJ Cuppy) showed up to graze the blue carpet, ensuring their ensembles speak for itself.
