Don’t Wear Short Dresses To 2016 Ghana Movie Awards, Wear This Instead – Organisers Warned

Just imagine: You want to dress to impress at the 2016 Ghana Movie Awards coming up on 4th Dec. 2016, and you could only reach out for your coveted LBD and a clutch in your closet. We don’t blame you if that what’s in your mind, but sadly, the organizers of the event has officially released the dress code and it may likely not be on your list.

According to Mr Fred Nuamah who is the organizer for Ghana Movie Awards, “The prescribed attire for the awards is tuxedo or black tie for the men and evening/dinner gown for the ladies. No short dresses will be allowed,” said Nuamah.

So what is he trying to do? If you ask us, he’s basically tryind to get everyone bend to his rules, but all in all, this is the most insane dress code ever. The 7th edition of Ghana Movie Awards is set to celebrate men and women actors and industry insiders on 4th December 2016 and will be broadcast over the airwaves, on DSTv and other local channels. So if you’re attending, keep Fred Nuamah’s dress code in mind.
