Angelina Jolie Exudes Pure Elegance in a Draped Gown and Fur Wrap at Venice Film Festival
August 30, 2024
Angelina Jolie graced the red carpet at the 81st Venice International Film Festival in a breathtaking display of pure elegance. The world premiere of her film “Maria” was the perfect backdrop for Jolie to showcase her impeccable style and timeless beauty.
Draped in a custom-made beige gown by designer Tamara Ralph, Jolie exuded a classic Old Hollywood charm as she made her grand entrance. The gown, with its exquisite draping and chiffon train cascading behind her, accentuated her statuesque figure and turned heads on the Italian red carpet. To complete the monochrome ensemble, Jolie added a touch of luxury with a soft brown faux-fur wrap adorned with a stunning gold flower brooch.

Golden accents played a key role in Jolie’s ensemble, with a woven gold bracelet, coordinating ring, and delicate gold and diamond earrings complementing her look. Her makeup was equally glamorous, featuring a bold red lip, glossy manicure, and dark smoky eyes. Jolie’s sleek, straight hair parted to the side added a final touch of sophistication to her overall appearance.

This show-stopping sand-colored outfit was not the only statement look Jolie showcased during the festival. Earlier in the day, she wowed crowds in two different Saint Laurent dresses, demonstrating her versatility and fashion prowess.
A flowy brown maxi dress with a plunging neckline and a matching smoky eye was her choice for one event, while a classic little black dress was elevated with a Cartier leopard brooch for another occasion.

“Maria,” directed by Pablo Larraín, delves into the life of the legendary opera singer Maria Callas, with recordings of her voice used in some scenes. At the same time, Jolie also lends her voice to certain parts of the movie, showcasing her multifaceted talents as an actor. The film promises to be a poignant and captivating biographical drama that will undoubtedly captivate audiences worldwide.
