This is the first time the annual TIME100 franchise which took place at the Kigali Convention Center on November 17, is being held in Africa. The event celebrated some of the continent’s most influential and impactful individuals. It also featured a range of speakers from the global and regional TIME100 community, who discussed the “essential solutions to urgent global problems from a regional and global perspective and ways that we can all take action to build a better future.”
