In a normal year, summer holidays mean jet-setting from one destination to another, perhaps to a culture-crammed city or sun-splashed beaches to break out from the office feelings. But unfortunately, the 2020 summer holiday is officially unattainable due to the Covid-19 pandemic. But leave to Tracee Ellis Ross who has a way of leaving her summery life regardless.
The 47-year-old actress took to Instagram to share photos of herself basking in the sunshine and although the location is not clear, it looks like a backyard summer oasis. Ross looks stunning in the photos where she reclined on a bench wearing a sexy 2-piece black bikini with Nike sneakers.
“Pool party! Except I don’t have a pool. And I’m too scared to have a party 🤷🏾♀️😂 Siri play “Summertime” by DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince,” she wrote.
The actress’ asocial photos are not only summer goals but a subtle nod to staying safe and keeping up with the social distancing precautions without completely ruling out the summer fun.
Just a week ago, Rose posted a video and a series of photos of her previous summer holidays in Italy where she enjoyed her in blue water as well as lounging in a boat. “Longing for Italy. Desperately missing my vaca crew,” she captioned the post.

Ross was recently nominated the ‘Lead Actress’ in a comedy series for an Emmy for Rainbow ‘Bow’ Johnson on ABC’s Black-ish, making it her fourth Emmy nomination.
