When we saw the 3 looks of Selena Gomez while she was on tour to promote her new Netflix series 13 Reasons Why in New York City yesterday, all we could focus on was her unique black and white checkered dress from Proenza Schouler spring 2017 collection. The dress, if you ask us, is a showstopper — it comes with a long handkerchief hemline that you have to tie the two sides together to make up a dress. Though it creates revealing cut-outs but we bet you haven’t seen a unique piece like this before.
