The Extoll African Fashion Fair is here, a chance for Netherland shop owners and buyers to intermingle and enter into business deals with African designers. The event which is scheduled to take place from May 29th-31st is organised by one of the countries most popular fashion events companies Extoll, that have propagated many international shows, mainly in the heart of the country.
The concept was put together after their clients, buyers of various chain store, made demands last year for more African fashion style trends. The organization took it upon themselves to put together an African fashion extravaganza that will break the ice between Netherlands vast fashion markets and designers from around the world, mainly Africa, whom share the similar creativity in developing.
The fair is said to be a combination of both exhibitions and fashion shows, specifically targetted and fashion buyers, but also open to the general public. 85% of the pre registered designers are already said to be from Nigeria, however the organization is also looking to welcome more retailers from other parts of Africa.
