The statement-making sleeve trend has been making waves in the past few years – in fact, trends like bell sleeves and ruffles were one of the highlights of last year — from runways, street style to social media, it was apparent that the style crowd loved the little drama it injected. But they might not be returning for 2017 as a new crop of dramatic sleeve trend is already taking over.
