She is not a celebrity nor is she a runway model: as you might think it’s only the World Cup players that have a lot at stake during a match, but a fan could have just as much to win.
Two weeks ago, a 17-year-old fan from Belgium named Axelle Despiegelaere was rooting for her country’s team when a photo of her decked out in Red Devils paraphernalia in the stands was taken. The Belgian stunner captivated the internet, and the image immediately went viral, earning Despiegelaere a colossal 227,000 likes on a Facebook fan page.
As if that wasn’t enough of a life-altering win, the teenager was approached by L’Oréal for a modeling contract and has officially signed on. Her first endeavor with the international beauty brand? A beauty tutorial video as part of the brand’s social media campaign, which has already racked up a monster 437,200 views and counting. Full disclosure: our hair envy is through the roof.
