Rita Dominic has arrived and it’s no other place than England.
The Nollywood screen diva is set to send social media into overdrive this weekend as she walks the aisle in England today 26 November 2022. She will be exchanging vows with her husband Fidelis Anosike, in the historical 900-year-old Abbey stately manor in North Yorkshire, England.
Recall the 47-year-old diva had her traditional wedding earlier this year in her hometown — a wedding ceremony that pulled out all the big guns in the entertainment industry, so you can imagine what to expect from her white wedding. For her traditional wedding, Dominic made a gorgeous bride in a corseted exquisite dress by the Nigerian luxury bridal brand, which she later switched to another beautiful piece from the same label, Tubo.

Of course, we can’t expect anything less from the beautiful Rita and while we are still on the tenterhooks waiting to see what or who she’s wearing, she’s already keeping us on our toes with a new photo-taking along with her bridesmaids. In the gorgeous new snapshots posted on Instagram by her bestie Michelle Dede, the actress bundled up in a utilitarian jacket, keeping things in line with the chilly winter weather.

Dominic left her hair in a voluminous afro while completing the streetwear with a pair of glasses. She was surrounded by long-time close friends and Nigerian actresses including Chioma Akpotha, Kate Henshaw, and Michelle Dede — who all honored the season’s dress code in cardigans, knee-high boots, neck scarves, and coveted sneakers.

For the wedding, Michelle will reportedly be Dominic’s “Chief Maid of Honour,” while names like Kate Henshaw, Chioma Akpotha, Vicky Sogunro, and Dr. Olivia Waturuocha are rumored to be on the bridal train.
