Denim-on-denim was one of the hottest trends spotted everywhere a few seasons ago. In fact, the trend was so popular that it attracted the hottest names in the fashion world, a host of celebrities as well as mere mortals like the rest of us. But all of a sudden it appeared the off-duty favorite completely vanished, however, thanks to trendsetters like Rihanna who’s about to revive the trend.
While exiting the Arts Club on Wednesday, Rihanna was pictured in her usual stylish self, wearing a long sleeved denim shirt and matching pants with a pair of red peep-toe heels that she color-coordinated with her lips. Having championed many trends in the past, Rihanna’s look is an omen that double denim combo is likely going to be big in the coming fall.
