Rihanna is no stranger to the stage, but this will be her first time performing at the Super Bowl.
As she’s gearing up for the much-anticipated show which is set to place on February 12, she’s also giving fans a little taste of what’s to come. The singer took to Instagram earlier today to share a video of what looks like a campaign, keeping fans on the tenterhooks waiting to see the Barbados beauty return to the stage.
In the musing video, Riri donned a black jumpsuit while throwing on a lime-hued furry jacket as she strutted her stuff like a supermodel. She wore a wow-worthy hairstyle and accessorized the look with scintillating accessories including three silver hoop earrings in different sizes, as well as a chunky necklace. Her makeup also was over-the-top, as the mother-of-one chose shimmering mint eyeshadow and red lip. “#SBLVII #AppleMusicHalftime,” the post captioned.

Rihanna’s Super Bowl performance will mark her first major stage appearance since her DJ Khaled collaboration “Wild Thoughts” at the 2018 Grammys. It will also be the first time the Fenty Beauty boss will be performing at the Super Bowl, which is undoubtedly sparking excitement all over the world by fans.
“Rihanna is a generational talent, a woman of humble beginnings who has surpassed expectations at every turn,” said in a statement by Jay-Z, whose Roc Nation is executive producer of the show, in a statement. “A person born on the small island of Barbados who became one of the most prominent artists ever. Self-made in business and entertainment.”
The Super Bowl LVII will take place at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, on February 12, just a month away. After years of Pepsi’s sponsorship, the upcoming halftime show will be sponsored by Apple Music.
