Last night, the highly anticipated 2024 Grammy Awards took place, and it was a night filled with excitement, anticipation, and of course, amazing fashion moments. One of the standout moments of the evening came when Miley Cyrus took home the coveted Record of the Year award for her hit song “Flowers.”
Miley and her latest album, “Endless Summer Vacation,” received six nominations this year, including Album of the Year, Pop Duo/Group Performance, Song of the Year, Best Pop Vocal Album, and Best Pop Solo Performance. But it was “Flowers” that ultimately won the hearts of the Grammys voters and secured Miley the prestigious Record of the Year award.
However, it was not just her music that stole the show that night. Miley made a grand entrance at Los Angeles’s Crypto.com Arena, walking the red carpet in a bold and daring ensemble. She wore a one-of-a-kind gold metal custom dress designed by Maison Margiela. The dress, inspired by a John Galliano Fall-Winter 1996 look, featured sheer mesh netting, an intricately beaded neckline, and unique sculptural safety-pin detailing at the bust. It was a shipwreck-chic creation that perfectly embodied Miley’s edgy and artistic style.

To complete her outfit, Miley wore a pair of controversial gold velvet Tabi heels, adding a touch of glamour and controversy to her ensemble.
In terms of makeup and hair, Miley opted for a glamorous yet natural look. She rocked big country-star curls, reminiscent of her godmother Dolly Parton’s iconic hairstyle. Her makeup consisted of a nude lip and bronze eyeshadow, giving her an effortless and radiant glow.

Wearing a sequinned brown dress as she received her award, the hitmaker went on to thank “everyone that’s standing on this stage right now Tom, Tyler, Michael and Greg. Our teams, my team, Crush, Columbia, my mommy, my sister, my love, my main gays because look how good I look.”
