As long as we all know the past two months haven’t been so pleasant to the beloved Duke and Duchess of Sussex, it’s always good to see Meghan Markle making a public appearance. And last night, as she arrived alongside Prince Harry at the 2020 Endeavor Fund Awards in London to fulfill part of their royal obligations before transitioning into post-royal life, we are pleasantly excited.
For not only is she looking pretty in her bright blue pencil dress but the Duchess looks absolutely beautiful too, inspiring us all to go out in a sleek midi dress. We’re not sure we’ve ever seen her beaming like this before and we’re hoping this won’t be the last time we do.
Her simple and fabulous dress is by Victoria Beckham and we love the sleekness, the hugging silhouette, and the midi length. Meghan teamed the dress with towering Manolo Blahnik heels and a boxy Stella McCartney clutch, while her hair was pulled back into a sleek ponytail.
Getty Images As part of their final events as working royal family members, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will also attend the Mountbatten Festival of Music coming up on 7th March and the Commonwealth Day Westminster Abbey service on March 9, according to reports. This means that their transitioning out of their roles will officially begin on March 31.
