Prior to writing this article, I almost believed that Yvonne Nelson is a Nigerian based actress because of her frequent appearance on the red carpet. The 30-year-old actress does not only like to hang out in Nigeria with A-list Nigerian celebriities, she premiered her new movie ‘Single, Married and Complicated’ in Silverbird Galleria in Lagos, Nigeria.
The award-winning actress, now movie producer is loved by Nigerians, she has starred in a number of Ghanaian and Nigerian movies. Even though her love affair with a Nigerian singer didn’t end well, the tall and pretty actress still flies in and out of Nigeria.
Yvonne Nelson, a former Miss Ghana contestant, shot to fame after a big-screen role in Princess Tyra and Playboy. She quickly became a household name on the African continent after featuring in series of Nollywood – Ghollywood movies.
