Yvonne Nelson
Prior to writing this article, I almost believed that Yvonne Nelson is a Nigerian based actress because of her frequent appearance on the red carpet. The 30-year-old actress does not only like to hang out in Nigeria with A-list Nigerian celebriities, she premiered her new movie ‘Single, Married and Complicated’ in Silverbird Galleria in Lagos, Nigeria.
The award-winning actress, now movie producer is loved by Nigerians, she has starred in a number of Ghanaian and Nigerian movies. Even though her love affair with a Nigerian singer didn’t end well, the tall and pretty actress still flies in and out of Nigeria.
Yvonne Nelson, a former Miss Ghana contestant, shot to fame after a big-screen role in Princess Tyra and Playboy. She quickly became a household name on the African continent after featuring in series of Nollywood – Ghollywood movies.
Juliet Ibrahim
As far as this list is concern, Juliet Ibrahim cannnot be sidelind. The just-divorced Ghanaian actress as we all know is one of the favorite faces in Nollywood movies. Born in Ghana to a Lebanese father and a Ghanaian-Liberian mother, Juliet spends most of her time, either by hanging out with Nollywood celebrities or attaining red carpet events in Nigeria.
This sexy-curvy beauty has been referred to as the “Most Beautiful West African Woman” according to A-listers Magazine. Her first Nollywood film was Yankee Boys and she has featured in more than 50 films afterwards. Recently, the mother of one boy is rumored that she’s now dating a US singer, Bobby Valentino.
Yvonne Okoro
Should we call her a Nigerian because she was born to a Nigerian father and Ghanaian mother? Yvonne Okoro is a Ghanian and she had all her education in Ghana. The popular Ghanaian actress has featured in several Ghollywood movies, and she’s now one of Nollywood’s sort after actresses . Due to her role in the Nigeria’s movie industry, Okoro doesn’t really spend much time in Ghana again, she would rather hang out with her Nigerian friends.
