On June 3, Ciara brought her fashion A-game to Los Angeles as she attended the Connie Orlando Foundation’s inaugural Black Women in Music Dinner.
The Grammy-winning artist not only turned heads with her striking menswear-inspired ensemble but also charmed fans with a heartwarming moment shared with her daughter, Sienna. The duo showcased their undeniable bond and style as they stepped onto the red carpet in matching black suits.
For this special occasion, Ciara decided to switch up her hairstyle, opting for a dark brown curly look instead of her recent sleek ash blonde blowout. She elegantly pulled her hair back into a voluminous half-up style, with soft tendrils framing her beautiful face.
The “Goodies” singer exuded confidence in a fitted black tuxedo-style jacket, featuring wide black silk lapels and a cinched waist that emphasized her silhouette. Underneath, she wore a crisp white dress shirt and a coordinating black silk tie, completing her ensemble with straight-legged black slacks and pointy-toed black heels.
Joining her mother on the red carpet was Sienna, Ciara’s eight-year-old daughter with NFL quarterback Russell Wilson. The little girl perfectly mirrored her mother’s sophisticated look in a mini version of the same attire.
Her outfit included a white dress shirt, a black tie, and black dress pants. Much like her mother’s ensemble, Sienna’s black jacket also featured the signature black silk lapels and was cinched at the waist with a button. Her dark brown curls were styled into a pigtail hairstyle — a youthful twist to her mother’s hairstyle.
In an interview which she spoke with People, Sienna described Ciara as “very sweet, very funny, and very fun.”
