Chika Ike turned 35 last weekend and she celebrated the birthday like a star. She started off the birthday celebration with a charity mission, visiting an orphanage home to share food and gift items to the children but that was just the beginning.
Yesterday, the actress took to Instagram to share videos and snapshots from her lavish 35th birthday celebration. It was a star-studded affair with celebrity friends in attendance, including Ini Edo, Uche Jumbo, Nollywood veteran Eucharia Anunobi, AY Makun, Rita Dominic, Juliet Ibrahim, Michelle Dede, and the list goes on and on.
The event took place at the Shiro Lagos, an intimate location complete with balloons, opulent floral light decorations to add to the party’s ambiance.
For her birthday look, of course, the birthday girl dressed to impress. She pulled out all the sartorial stops in a glitzy blue sequined jumpsuit teamed with an ultra-sparkling, silver statement necklace. It was a look so perfect for the occasion and you’ve got to admire Chika’s dedication to glamour, especially after she finished things off with dangling silver earrings and glitter-packed eyeshadow.

She also shared another photo of her second outfit but this time donning a sleeveless gold dress with stone embellishment. “Get your dancing shoes … let’s Boogie on the dance floor,” the actress captioned the image.

Going by the photos, Chika’s birthday party was everything — after all, that is how stars do. Other that that, her ability to pull off her sparkling ensemble is the sign of a true fashionista. Our birthday wishes are in order!
