Cardi B) has given birth to her second child with Offset, a baby boy, and shared a photo captured from her delivery room, where she held the newborn as the husband stood beside her. Although she revealed the exciting news today Monday on Instagram, the singer had since welcomed the newborn to the world on Saturday, according to her caption. “9/4/21🦕💙🧸,” she wrote on the social media platform.

Offset also shared a snap of him carrying the baby in a different bed as Cardi could be seen throwing a gaze at the father and son. He captioned the image as ‘Chapter 5.’

The latest addition to the family joins their 3-year-old daughter, Kulture. The couple expressed their joy for finally welcoming a boy into the family and according to a statement shared with PEOPLE, the newborn is already been loved. “We are so overjoyed to finally meet our son,” the couple told the publication. “He is already loved so much by family and friends and we can’t wait to introduce him to his other siblings.”
Cardi and Offset have been married since July 2017. She revealed she was expecting her second child in June when she joined Migos for a performance on the stage during the 2021 BET Awards while showcasing her burgeoning baby bump. She later shared a stunning picture of her baby bump to confirm the pregnancy.
