As always, Beyonce isn’t afraid to stand out from the crowd. She got it right in a wedding dress look for the first night of the Renaissance Tour in Washington D.C.
So that makes this white number the perfect fit for the music icon. Ever since the beginning of the Renaissance World Tour in May, Bey has been all about a statement aesthetic. We are talking about more and more jaw-dropping and eye-catching looks.
Color, embroidery, embellishments, mixed textures, and bling on; it’s all going on and we are not surprised Bey embraced the wedding dress look for her Renaissance Tour show in D.C. on Saturday night. Completely glamourous in its appearance, the gorgeous ensemble features a deep-v plunging neckline with sheer panel, and a halterneck design with glitzy diamond-adorned criss-cross straps that fall to her waist and down to the ground.
The 41-year-old superstar teamed up the look with matching hand gloves and a dramatic fury cape while highlighting the high slit of the dress with a pair of silver, strappy-heeled sandals. The bridal gown was also accessorized with silvery drop earrings as Bey opted for nude makeup and signature brown hair in big waves.
Although it’s a bit difficult to keep up with all the Beyonce’s Renaissance Tour wardrobe, the look is, however, not her first kind of bridal look from the tour. She wore a similar ensemble during the Boston Renaissance Tour on August 1 but this one was a sheer custom catsuit by an Israeli designer Alon Livné, which was completed with intricately placed cut-outs and a ruffled cape.
In keeping up with the white theme, the singer slipped into a matching white pair of court shoes.
We love the dramatic bra and pants, as well as the sheer drama. It’s a unique take on a wedding dress and a modern way to do bridal dressing — of course, in a typical Beyonce way!
