Beyonce Draped Herself In Head-to-Toe Sequins for Her Second Grammys Look

Beyonce’s second Grammys look is really something to remember. I mean there’s no better way to scoop four Grammy awards in one night than wearing head-to-toe sequins to receive it. We give credit to Beyonce, who made her appearance at the 63rd annual Grammy Awards that took place on Sunday night at the Los Angeles’ Staples center.

For the event, Queen Bey who worn the “Best Music Video” award for her Brown Skin Girl single, as well as Best Rap Song and Rap Performance for her remix of Megan Thee Stallion’s “Savage, and Best R&B Performance for “Black Parade, wore a black leather off-the-shoulder, body-hugging ruched dress by Schiaparelli. The dress also came with matching gloves that had some kind of trompe l’oeil gold fingernails.

She later slipped into another dress — a look we consider was best served for the last. Bey proved that head-to-sequins are not daunting as she was photographed heading to her celebratory dinner with husband Jay-Z while draping herself in the glitzy confection. The sparkling look comprised of a silver gown and turban with Lorraine Schwartz’s jewelry. To say the least, it was the perfect piece to further cement her status as the Queen.

And yes, such dress deserves a spot on Instagram as Bey later took to the social media platform to share the look with fans, while also posing with her four trophies.

The mom-of-three made history on Sunday night as the most decorated woman in Grammy’s history after receiving her 28th Grammy win. She had nine nominations but ended up with four trophies. Her daughter Blu Ivy, 9, also won her first Grammy which was announced before the show.

“Thank you guys so much,” Bey gave a speech after winning her 28th grammy and making history. “Oh my god. I am so honored. I am so excited. Thank you guys. As an artist, I believe it’s my job and all of our jobs to reflect the times. It has been such a difficult time so I wanted to uplift, encourage, and celebrate all of the beautiful Black queens and kings that continue to inspire me and inspire the whole world. This is so overwhelming. I’ve been working for my whole life, since nine years old, and I can’t believe this happened. This is such a magical night. Thank you so much. I know my daughter is watching, two daughters and my son, y’all are all watching. Congratulations Blue. She won a Grammy tonight. I’m so proud of you, and I’m so honored to be your mommy, all of your mommys. Y’all are my babies. And I’m so proud of y’all. I love you so much, my rock. Enjoy your night. Thank you.”
