According to the singer, back in the day, her makeup was like a “personal hurricane was hitting her face.”
“You should see my makeup from [the early] days,” she told Vogue. “I’m not sure what I was thinking. “It was like my own personal hurricane was hitting my face.”
In the new episode of Vogue’s Beauty Secrets, Yemi walked the media powerhouse through her performance-ready makeup routine — from using a charcoal soap for cleansing, and natural coconut oil to moisturize her skin, to brushing up her brows and filling in the arches with a dark brown Maybelline pencil.
