As Dailymail pointed out, the very high neckline was ‘in deference to the local custom in the conservative United Arab Emirates nation.
Now it’s easy to see why Kim is such an aficionado of form-fitting dresses — just look at her here looking smokin’ hot. The dress hugged her perfectly, showing off her shapely famous figure and ensured all eyes were upon her as she teamed it with Yeezy nude suede pointed-toe stiletto.
