The wedding day is often the time where brides pull out all the stops to conjure up the queen in them, but when comfort play a big part in your wardrobe choices, obviously, you wouldn’t want to sacrifice comfort for style and that was the case for this bride.
Dawn who is a Jamaican chose a dress that was as simple AF: a beautiful, laid-back bandage gown that hugged every part of her figure. According to her stylist, “we were able to find a dress that highlighted Dawn’s curves” and the dress that “transitioned easily into the party and onto the dancefloor – the real highlight of the wedding.” She finished off her bridal look with a charming rhinestone tiara atop her hair and rather than teetering in heels, Dawn opted for a pair of slide sandals, so comfy that she was able to own the dance floor for hours.
We like the fact she didn’t need to wait for a quick change before she could hit the dance floor. Like her stylist pointed out, Dawn’s look was completely transitional — a genius hack other brides can adopt.
