Thanks to Ade Hassan for releasing a line of Lingerie for all women of color called the ‘Nubian Skin.’ Often times, finding the right bra to wear under a white or sheer blouse seems difficult, but that issue has been taken care of by nude bra. The bras come in four shades, ranging from super-dark to super-light: berry, cinnamon, caramel and cafe-au-lait, all of which, honestly, sound much more appealing than “nude.”
Bra sizes start at 30B and go up to a 36DD, knickers are small to extra large and hosiery small to large, but this is just the beginning, says Hassan.
“I was sick of having to wear things over a black bra,” she told Debrief. “Lingerie is the foundation of any outfit. If you have the perfect blouse which happens to be slightly sheer the last thing you want to do is wear it with a black bra.
