One thing to be a supermodel and one thing to be able to fulfill the tasks that come along with it. Naomi Campbell once again proves her modeling prowess that there’s no age limit in this very thing. The 50-year-old supermodel is letting loose for Kenya’s i-D Magazine: The Utopia In Dystopia Issue, gracing the front page with an epic topless look to showcase the beauty of Kenya.
For the cover shoot which was photographed by Luis Alberto Rodriguez and styled by Carlos Nazario, with Jawara responsible for her hair and Nigeria’s Bimpe Onakoya handling the makeup, the legendary supermodel wore nothing but black pants by Same Swim, using just her hands to conceal her privacy. She also wore a Maximilian Carnival-inspired feathered headpiece, looking like she really meant business.
The star also flaunted her figure in a series of accompanying images from the shoot, wearing a dramatic 3D floral dress by Melitta Baumeister, a Dior Haute Couture cape, a Vaquera swimsuit and a color-blocked Christopher John Rogers catsuit covered in crystals.

In the accompanying interview, the runway darling talks about the beauty of Kenya, why representation in fashion really matters, and as well as her vision for the year 2021.
“I felt proud, humbled, and happy to be part of a shoot with young creatives that are all my skin color, and that I’m getting to work with them after so many years of being in fashion industry,” Naomi said. “It’s very rare that this has happened to me. Luis is the third photographer of color I’ve worked with in my whole career in fashion.”
As for her images, it wasn’t for the money but to showcase the hidden beauty of Africa. “When you see these images, I hope you see that Kenya is beautiful, that Africa is beautiful,” she said. “I think people now are going to really open their minds and start to understand that real beauty is in Africa. There are so many gems, so many hidden secrets. I’ve been coming here since 1994 and I’m still discovering things.”
She’s however, the second cover star of The Utopia In Dystopia Issue of the magazine!
