It goes without saying that Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez has something in common. They are both age mate and when you think of the super slit and cutout dress, it’s no doubt the two music superstars are likely to come to the mind. For Paper magazine‘s special edition, the brand tapped the two divas to grace its covers and promote their upcoming Las Vegas shows. According to Mailone, Maria and J’Lo ‘have been famously feuding since the early 2000s’ but thanks to Paper magazine for the reunion.
While Mariah oozed glamour wearing a long, sparkling necklace and fishnet stockings with her curly hair cascading to conceal her breasts, J’Lo’s dress is transporting us to the future. The unexpected piece of art looks like she’s strapped in a silver armor especially when the somewhat claws are sprouting out on the shoulders. Though she’s looking pretty amazing especially after topping the look with a matching crown, necklace, and earrings, this isn’t the first time Jennifer Lopez has worn a questionable piece of fashion, and we doubt it’ll be the last.
