Seriously when Moschino designer Jeremy Scott said in early August that he and Miley Cyrus are planning something very outrageous for MTV 2015 Video Awards, we all thought it was a joke.
“I think she’s gonna do a bang-up job hosting, and it’s the best news,” Scott told ELLE.com
Concerning her outfits, Scott added – “We have not finalized things. Nothing is locked down yet, but [Miley and I] have lots of plans. And I’m sure that—I wouldn’t want to spoil any surprises, but it’s gonna be outrageous for sure.”
