Although the fashion industry and designers like Iris van Herpen were among the first to incorporate the use of 3-D printing into its system, it never stop there as one fashion student in Tel Aviv took it to the next level. According to the report, this lady created an entire ready-to-wear collection using the small 3-D printing machines mainly for personal use at home.
The amazing thing is, Danit Peleg, who just graduated from the Shenkar college of design created an entire collection of unique and sophisticated pieces using a tiny 3-D printers intended for personal use, instead of using the industrial 3-D printers. From the video, Danit clearly stated that one does not need to travel with clothes as it can be printed from a hotel room. We love her 3-D printed collection, its amazing!
