First of all, Chanel’s creative director, Karl Lagerfeld is really a creative being. After a month of back to back fashion display, from New York, London to Milan, he decided to end the last batch of the fashion week with a magnificently, spectacular show in Paris. For his Spring 2018 show, Lagerfeld took his audiences to a tropical destination located in Grand Palais, where models paraded on an architecturally structured runway that looks like a bridge. In fact, if the clothes were boring to look at, the scenery alone was enough for the audience to keep their eyes peeled.

As for the clothes, being a creative director of high intellect, we’re not surprised the German designer could dream up a collection so unique, radically dreamy and highly coveted. Perspex heels, fedora hat, and even ponytail hair has been reimagined into something extra fresh. Please drop everything and feed your eyes with Chanel’s Spring 2018 show at Paris Fashion Week.

Let’s talk tweeds, satins, decorated wearable suiting and chains upon chains, yes, these are one of the defining things within Chanel’s Métiers d’Art 2020 collection. Rather than its usual jet-setting adventure to a favorite destination, the house kept things local at the Grand Palais, as Virginie Viard impressed her guests with her first Métiers d’Art designs for the house.

It’s very chic, modern and has lots of wow-factors. And the color palette ranging from black, white, gold, silver to a certain shade of pink is just amazing. This is Virginie’s second collection for the house since taking over after Karl Lagerfeld’s demise in February. With no further ado, continue clicking to see all the looks.
