Call it the season of fashion. While South African fashionistas are currently strutting their way into the Sandton City Rooftop in Johannesburg for the SA Fashion Week AW 2018, here in Nigeria, Eko Hotels and Suites is opening its doors for fashion editors, consumers, and the style set to witness the 2017 edition of Heineken Lagos Fashion & Week. The show, which is going to last for about four days officially kicked off yesterday and so far, we can say it’s an event you wouldn’t want to miss unless you’re not a fashion type of person.
As you already know, Nigerian designers are known for adding a certain va-va-voom prints to every article of fashion. So with brands like Ejiro Amos Tafiri, Muse Factory, Style Temple, Amede, and others, the runways are puking up an array of sequins, shimmer, vibrant colors, and of course, too much sexiness. Because not only have we seen a handful of nipples, the naked dress is another talking point at the 2017 LFDW.
