This event, which returned to the limelight after a six-year hiatus, showcased Reese’s remarkable journey from the WNBA tunnel to the iconic runway, a feat rarely accomplished by professional athletes.
Strutting confidently down the catwalk, Reese donned two breathtaking pink looks that captured the essence of the Victoria’s Secret brand. In her first appearance, she dazzled in a floral ensemble accented with a fluffy boa and a chic three-piece lingerie set. In her second look, Reese embraced a more daring aesthetic with a pink cut-out baby tee, which artfully revealed a lacy bra that harmonised perfectly with her coordinated underwear. The pièce de résistance was her back adorned with the most stunning, dramatic, lacy white wings—an iconic representation of the angelic theme of the night.
Just a week before the show, Reese thrilled her fans by announcing her exciting entry into the Victoria’s Secret family. Sharing her emotions on Instagram, she wrote, “Stepping into a dream: From Angel to a Victoria’s Secret ANGEL. I’m finally getting my wings 🪽. I’ll be walking the Victoria’s Secret 2025 runway show for the first time, and it feels like destiny.” The post was accompanied by a striking photograph of her in a glamorous black lingerie set, crystal-studded stilettos, and feathered wings.
