There are quite a number of significant occurrences that 2017 can be known for but in the world of fashion, one of them is collaborations. A few days ago Puma x MAC announced their upcoming collaboration and the next joining up is Victoria Beckham partnering with Reebok.
Beckham, who’s already running a successful eponymous fashion label and has partnered with Target for a capsule collection as well as her ongoing beauty collaboration with Estée Lauder, will team up with the sports brand to design a new activewear collection.
“Having the opportunity to realize my aesthetic within a sportswear environment is something that I have long wanted to do, Beckham said in a statement from the brand.”Partnering with Reebok will enable me to further promote my vision in a new category. It’s incredibly exciting to work with such an iconic brand that epitomizes my belief in encouraging women to be the best version of themselves.”
The news broke yesterday when the former Spice Girls shared a teaser on Instagram, where she captioned the video with “Day one x VB #ReebokxVictoriaBeckham @reebok.” In another image, Beckham is seen posing up a storm in a white tee, black pants, and white Reebok sneakers — which means something fabulous is already cooking up.
In as much as the details of Reebok x Victoria Beckham collection are still sketchy, this is one collaboration everyone is looking forward to.
