Kerry Washington is known for her elegant dress sense, so it should come as no surprise that she was dazzling in a floral-themed garment at Kennedy Center Honors dinner. She wore a stunning floral dress that featured sheer layering with a silver pointed-toe heels and a small silver clutch. As dailymail pointed out, Kerry Washington appears to have a special fondness for flowers when it comes to her evening-wear, as this is not the first impressive flowered number she has worn. Because back in November, she actually donned two different floral-themed dresses for two different events, and wowed in both of them.
